Capsicum- Cottage Cheese Mix. (Shimla Mirch Paneer Sabzi) My Recipe. Do try.

How are you doing? As promised to you I am here to share the recipe of mouth watering Capsicum- Cottage cheese mix.

It’s completely my recipe. I simmer food in black pepper and I grate onions and tomato.

It’s so delicious people. Do try it. Follow the steps.

Recipe for Three.

Step 1. Wash three capsicums.

Step 2. Cut each capsicum in four parts and remove the seeds and inner skin.

Step 3. Cut capsicum in small parts as shown below.

Step 4. Get spices ready. Grate one and a half onion. Grate one tomato.

Step 5. Heat cooking oil, 2.5 tablespoons.

Step 6. Once heated add one teaspoon of cumin seeds and one teaspoon of black pepper.

Step 7. Add a pinch of Hing ( asafoetida ).

Step 8. Now add grated onion in frying pan.

Step 9. Keep moving spatula till onion turns golden and leave oil.

Step 10. Now add grated tomato in frying pan.

Step 11. Add one teaspoon of turmeric in frying pan. Add half teaspoon of salt.

Step 12. Keep mixing till oil leaves paste in frying pan.

Step 13. Add cut capsicum in frying pan.

Step 14. Mix well. On low flame.

Step 15. It took me 15 minutes of continuous mixing till capsicum becomes soft. Don’t add water. Follow oil needs in this mix.

Step 16. Take 100 gram of cottage cheese.

Step 17. Cut big cotton cheese.

Step 18. Add big pieces of cotton cheese in frying pan.

Step 19. Mix well with light hand.

Dish is ready. Transfer it to serving bowl.

You can have it with flat bread.
