It’s time for a mashup salad, something mix of nutrients from both fruits and vegetables.
Here is a quick mashup salad meal.
Ingredients: 2 potatoes, one half onions, 1 apple, 1 pomegranate and 1 orange, some spices, I took salt and black pepper.
Step 1. Take the fruits and wash them.
Step 2. Boil 2 potatoes by cutting then in half. Two whistle in a pressure cooker for the softness required in potatoes.
Step 3. Cut oranges horizontally so that seeds can be taken out easily.
Step 4. Separate orange flakes and cut apple in small parts, peel off pomegranate.
Step 5. Peel of boiled potatoes, cool them for a while as fruits are all cool.
Step 6. Mix cut fruits in mashed potatoes.
Step 7. Add finely chopped half onion to the bowl, mix well.
Step 8. Add salt, and black pepper or spices you like and mix well
