It started raining in Delhi NCR. Rain is not stopping. Did you got respite from extreme heat out there?
Today I cooked vegetable sandwich. It’s delicious rich in vegetables and proteins.
You must give it a try.
All in 10 minutes. It’s recipe for you here.

Here is recipe for two sandwiches.
Step 1. Take vegetables: cucumber, carrot, capsicum, tomato and onion. Take fresh cottage cheese as well.

Step 2. Grate one fourth of all these vegetables. Take 2 spoon of cottage cheese.

Step 3. Add one teaspoon of black pepper and half teaspoon of salt.

Step 4. Mash everything on the plate above.

Step 5. Take 2 breads.

Step 6. Apply the mashed vegetables on one side of one bread.

Step 7. Cover the other bread on this bread.

Step 8. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil on a pan.

Step 9. Place gently the bread on frying pan.

Step 10. Carefully flip sides with help of kitchen tong.

Step 11. Once brownish golden take it out on plate carefully with kitchen tong.

Step 12. Cut it diagonally in two pieces.
Time to serve.

The toast is ready.
It’s definitely delicious.
It’s rich in vegetables and cottage cheese protein.
