Quick Cold Greek Yogurt Salad for Hot Summer Days

It’s hot these days. A cool meal soothes the stomach.

Here is a quick cooling meal break for stomach- it’s Greek Yogurt salad, taken cold.

Here are quick steps. Make it keep it in fridge and have it any time.

Don’t miss this salad in these summers.

Here is recipe for one, increase in same proportions for more members.

Step 1. Take a can of small size around 100 grams of Greek yogurt.

Step 2.Take the yogurt into a mixing bowl.

Step 3. Now take some vegetables, and cut them small. Here is what all can be taken. Cut a small free chili into small parts, cut coriander leaves into small part, cut small half tomato, cut small half onion and grate one fourth of local cucumber of medium size.

Make sure tomatoes and cucumber is taken out from fridge.

Step 4. Add the vegetables into mixing bowl with yogurt.

Step 5. Mix well.

The cold salad is ready. Make sure you refrigerate it till you have it.
