Today I share with you a perfect breakfast and how it should be. Yes it’s Pesto sauce based Caprese Toast.
Here is quick morning recipe.

Let’s make Pesto sauce first.
Step 1. Take fresh 50 grams Italian Basil leaves. Cut the leaves from branches.

Step 2. Wash the leaves. Let the water drain off a seive.

Step 3. Add these leaves in a mixture grinder. Add salt, black pepper half teaspoon each and add two tablespoons of mozzarella cheese.

Step 4. Grinde it.

Step 5. Take it out in a bowl. Pesto sauce is ready.

Now let’s make the toast.
Step 6. Take two tomatoes.

Step 7. Cut each tomato in 4 parts and take few garlic strands. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on it. Add olive oil on top of it.

Step 8. Put it in OTG for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. Here we got them cooked. Delicious they look no?

Step 9. Take a bread, Sprinkle olive oil on top of it.

Step 10. Toast the bread on a pan.

Step 11. Now add pesto sauce on toasted bread. Cover it fully.

Step 12. Add a layer of tomato and add a layer of mozzarella cheese slided at 45 degrees. Do it till all tomatoes fit on toast.

Caprese toast is ready to have.
