Spinach Egg Soup Recipe – Simply Delicious

I am back with a special recipe from my side.

How are you doing? I know this year the winters are not going easy on us, storms, rains, bitter cold even in January end.

I was feeling very cold today, I wanted something hot, tired of drinking hot water with herbs and green tea, I opened my fridge and old stock of spinach was lying there. It triggered to me to have spinach soup.

So, I decided to make spinach soup and my pending eggs for the day made me make this delicious recipe. Yes here is my own recipe of Spinach Egg Soup. This is not a traditional dish.

Recipe for 1 cup soup here.

Step 1. Take 250 grams of spinach.

Step 2. Wash it well.

Step 3. Use a chopping board to chop the spinach.

Step 4. Chop roughly.

Step 5. Chop 5 cloves of garlic and cut fine one onion.

Step 6. Add small block of butter in frying pan. Heat it.

Step 7. Add garlic in the frying pan now. Mix well.

Step 8. Now add cut onion in frying pan. Just after few seconds of adding garlic.

Step 9. Fry well till onions turn golden. Close the gas lid.

Step 10. In another frying pan heat spinach with clean water till boil. Water just enough to dip spinach in it.

Step 11. Once boiled serve the excess water out of frying pan. Add salt to taste.

Step 12. Add this boiled spinach into first pan where onion and garlic was sorte.

Step 13. Mix well. Let it to come to cool or to come to-room temperature. Note gas lid of the first frying pan was closed in steps above.

Step 14. After 15 minutes or so or when the mixture is cold, add this mixture from frying pan to mixture grinder. Donot mix hot things in blender.

Step 15. Grinde it to a paste in few seconds.

Step 16. Add some filter water in mixture grinder now. Mix again with lid of grinder closed.

Step 17. In the same frying pan add some small amount of butter. Heat it.

Step 18. Add bay leaf in this frying pan. Cut bay leaf to half.

Step 19. Now add black pepper in butter immediately for simmering.

Step 20. Add contents of mixture grinder in this frying pan now.

Step 21. Put it on boil. Remove bay leaves from soup.

Step 22. Take two pre boiled egg white. Cut it in small parts.

Step 23. Put hot spinach soul in serving bowl.

Step 24. Cut egg white in small rough parts. Decorate the egg white if 2 eggs on top of spinach soup bowl. Put it in microwave for few seconds to heat if cold. Make sure the serving bowl is microwave safe. Else transfer from another bowl.

Time to serve hot. If it cools keep it in microwave for few seconds.

Have it hot.
