Quick Cottage cheese and sprouted lentils with onion and tomato

Today I share with you my recipe of cottage cheese with sprouted brown lentils flavored with onion and tomato.

Ingredients: 2 bowl of sprouted lentils, 1 onion, 1 tomato, black pepper, salt and 100 gram of fresh cottage cheese.

Here are the steps

Step 1. Take 2 bowl of sprouted lentils. I used brown lentils, soaked overnight for 2 days. Wash it well.

Step 2. Take fresh cottage cheese, I used homemade one.

Step 3. Cut one onion and one potato finely

Step 4. Heat 3 spoon of cooking oil and add half spoon of black pepper then.

Step 5. Add brown sprouted lentils into frying pan now.

Step 6. Fry for one minute and add onions, after that add mashed cottage cheese into the frying pan. I had fresh cottage cheese so it’s finely mashed, for preserved cottage cheese use a grater and grate the cottage cheese.

Step 7. Mix well, add finely cut tomatoes into frying pan, mix well, add salt and more pepper if needed.

Step 8. Dish is ready to be served.
