Ingredients for one: Cottage cheese, daily bread, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli, black pepper.
Recipe
Step 1. Take cottage cheese wash it delicately.

Step 2. Take fresh bread pieces.

Step 3. Grate cottage cheese. 50 grams grated here. Grate as per number of toasts required.

Step 4. Add salt, red chili, black pepper and coriander leaves and mix it well.

Step 5. Take a bread piece and cover it with mixture. Gently push the mixture towards bread.

Step 6. Take a pan and put a spoon of butter on it.

Step 7. When butter is heated put the toast on pan.

Step 8. Press the toast downwards, add more butter towards corner of bread, toss it upwards.
Step 9. Remove toast from pan and cut it in half.

Step 10. Toast is ready to serve.
