Fruit Salad with a difference

Ingredients: 1 apple, 1 ripe mango, 1 unripe green small mango ( in case you like sour and sweet taste), 1 beetroot, 50 gram cottage cheese, mayonnaise.

Recipe

Step 1. Take Fruit and ingredients required.

Step 2. Peel the fruits and beetroot. Take one green mango, 1 mango, 50 grams of cottage cheese, 1 beetroot and 1 apple.

Note taking green mango can make salad sour, if you can’t take green mango, remove it, or cut it very small, another option is to grate the green mango very thin.

Step 3. Cut beetroot and fruits in a thin way.

Step 4. Cut other ingredients as well including small cottage cheese cube. Cottage cheese is added to neutralize the sour green mango. To give on and off different tastes once sourness of green mango, then sweetness of mango, then neutral taste of cottage cheese and apple.

Put all this in a serving bowl.

Step 5. Add half bowl of Mayonnaise in serving bowl.

Step 6. Mix well and gently.

Step 7. It’s ready to serve.

It’s tasty and nutritious.
