Milk Cream Potatoes

It’s tasty, quick to make, and so nice to be taken with breads, tacos, rolls and even on its own.

Ingredients: 4-5 Potatoes, cumin, milk cream 2 scoops.

Here is the recipe.

Step 1. Take potatoes and wash them. Cut them in two parts.

Step 2. Put this in cooker to boil it in one whistle.

Step 3. After one whistle of cooker and all pressure release from cooker, take potatoes out from cooker.

Step 4. Peel them and cut them in small parts.

Step 5. Put 4 spoon of cooking oil in frying pan. Once heated add one spoon of cumin in frying pan, immediately add potatoes to the pan, else the cumin can over cook.

Step 6. Add salt, red chilli and black pepper. Keep mixing slowly as potatoes are soft.

Step 7. Take 2 scoops of milk creame

Step 8. Add 2 scoops of milk creame to pan.

Step 9. Mix well, and time to serve with bread, or rolls or as it is, it’s tasty, nice when hot.
