Here is a delicious recipe of Noodles, it’s not spicy, just salt is added, yet so delicious, just with one lemon.

Ingredients: Vegetables you want to use, Noodles, Salt, Lemon, optionally ginger and garlic, fresh or paste I used fresh. Vegetables I used were one onion, one potato, two tomato, one capsicum
Step 1. Take vegetables, one onion, one potato, two tomato, one capsicum. Wash all but not onion, wash rest.
Step 2. Take 3 spoon of oil, heat it in a pan and close the gas lid, when heated.
Step 3.In the meanwhile cut the vegetables small, potatoes too, cut them small.
Step 4.Tale one cubic inch of ginger and 2 strands of garlic, cut them both, after washing.
Step 5. Add these in the hot oil, switch on the gas on, and fry for one minute.
Step 6. Add onions in pan. Fry for a while, till they change the color.
Step 7. Now add potatoes, let them fry with onions, keep flipping and mixing the potatoes. Taste some potatoes, they should be softer and ready to eat.
Step 8. Add capsicum and tomatoes and fry for a minute. Both these don’t require much time to cook, hence added in the end. Add salt as per taste. I used one fourth of tea spoon.
Step 9.Now add 2 tea cups of water and then add noodles. I used Maggie noodles as I had that.
Step 10.Heat well, when it’s dried, time to serve, Serve with 2 lemons and it taste so well.
