Ingredients: 2-4 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, garlic, ginger, black pepper to be added in end, oil, noodles of choice
Recipe for One
Step 1. Boil eggs
Step 2. Take 2 tomatoes, one onion and coriander leaves, wash all but onions
Step 3. pell onions and cut, chop tomatoes as well
Step 4. Heat cooking oil of choice, 3 table spoon
Step 5. peel of the eggs
Step 6.Heat noodles in meantime, when eggs are boiling. I had Maggie’s packs, so I used Maggi without it’s mixing packet
Step 7. Cut eggs in small parts
Step 8. take cubic inch of ginger and 3 garlic strands, chop it small.
Step 9. Close gas when oil heats. Put garli, ginger which was cut, fry for few seconds and add chopped onion, for a minute.
Step 10. Now add chopped tomatoes
Step 11. After frying for few minutes, the tomatoes would look and taste processed, add boiled eggs in this paste in pan.
Step 12. Mix well and add noodles in pan, mix gently
Step 13. Add around 2 spoon of Mayonnaise in pan now. Add one fourth tea spoon of salt.
Step 14. Mix gently and dish is ready to be served with black pepper sprinkled.
