French Burger.

There are lot of oil and gas hues, inflation rising as Iran stops the ships carrying oil and gas.

It ll be sorted soon, don’t worry.

Today I share with you French burger, my meal for Orthodox Easter.

Do try it, The French name is added to burger as I do French toast kind of flip to the burger base. If you don’t like my using French in it, I can change the name of this burger. Let me know.

Here is recipe for one.

Step 1. Take cucumber take three slice of it, take three slices of onion, take 6 strands of lettuce of different kinds, take burger buns and one egg.

Step 2. Beat one egg.

Step 3. Take a pan, add clarified butter or vegetable oil on pan, spread the beaten egg on hot pan.

Step 4. Put on buns on frying pan omelette now. Press hard so that egg sticks to the buns.

Step 5. Take buns from pan now. this is how burger buns looks now.

Step 6. Add cucumber and onion on lower bun.

Step 7. Add some Mayonnaise on veggies now.

Step 8. Cover these veggies with lettuce of three or so kinds. I had three kinds of lettuce, green, thick and purple one. Cover these veggies lettuce with upper bun now.
