How are you doing? I know things are very bad in some places due to winter storms in northern hemisphere and extreme heat in Southern Hemisphere as in Australia. Take care of yourself. If you can read this and try it, here is a nice recipe you can try for any season especially for cold ones.
Today I am sharing my recipe of tomato soup with egg white.

It’s delicious, it’s without corn flour it’s without milk cream or refined flour.
Recipe for two is shared here.
Step 1. Take 6 medium sized tomatoes. Wash them and heat them for 3 minutes in a pan with water. Water as much as to dip tomatoes at level. We ll use this water later.

Step 2. After 3 minutes remove tomatoes to a plate.

Step 3. Peel off the skin of tomatoes, it would come out easily if not use knife mildly.

Step 4. Now boil 2 eggs and remove yolk.

Step 5. Cut egg white in small parts.

Step 6. Now take a frying pan and add a cube of butter in it.

Step 7. Now add bay leaf and 1 tsp black pepper in it. Let it heat mix it.

Step 8. While eggs boil cut one onion and 5 cloves of garlic.

Step 9. Add onion in frying pan.

Step 10. Mix well on slow flame till onion turn golden.

Step 11. Add garlic now. Mix well for half a minute.

Step 12. Now add salt, 1 tsp.

Step 13. Now add pealed tomatoes in frying pan.

Step 14. Let tomatoes heat by adding same water as was used in heating tomatoes to remove its skin.

Step 15. Mash it after 2-3 minutes.

Step 16. Remove bay leaf and mash it well. Let it cool.

Step 17. When cooled add it in a mixture grinder.

Step 18. Grinde it. See the color. Does it not amaze you?

Step 19. Add some water and grind it again.

Step 20. It’s smooth now and is not very dense. Take the same frying pan add one small block of butter in it. Heat it.

Step 21. Add the mixture from blender to frying pan.

Step 22. Give it a boil.

Test salt and add more if you need.
Soup is ready to serve.

Now add cut egg white in soup. Heat egg white for few seconds.
Enjoy the soup.
