Today I share a protein rich salad. Quick, simple and tasty.
Here it is,

Ingredients: 1 Cucumber, 1 tomato, 1 onion, half bowl split chickpeas, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt. That’s it.
We use split chickpeas these are more affordable as compared to chickpeas which are costlier. Both are good sources of protein but today we are discussing split chickpeas, they are tasty as well. Look below how to make it.
Step 1. Finely cut vegetables- 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 1 onion.

Step 2. Take half bowl of split chickpeas, boil them in water till it becomes soft to eat. Donot overcook it.

Step 3. Add salad in a mixing bowl.

Step 4. Add boiled split chickpeas in mixing bowl, add salt to taste, I added half teaspoon of salt, and add olive oil now.

Step 5. Now add Italian seasoning, my packet of Italian seasoning had parsley, oregano, garlic, basil to mention a few….

Step 6. Mix well and serve. It’s simple, full meal it is.
