Iced Ginger Honey Mint Tea

Good day everyone,

How are you doing?

I hope you are doing well

Today I share with you my recipe of iced ginger mint honey tea.

It’s refreshing, soothing, so if you are not allergic to these ingredients try it at home.

Here it is,

Recipe for two is here.

Ingredients: Some ginger, honey, mint fresh leaves, two pinch of black pepper powder, black tea of choice, ice cubes. That is it.

Step 1. Take an inch of fresh ginger, two pinch of black pepper powder, 4-5 fresh mint leaves.

Step 2. Crush ginger and mint with pestle so that ginger flavors mix well in water.

Step 3. Take 2 mugs of water, 250 ml each. Put a pan on stove to heat on full temperature. Add crushed ginger, mint and black pepper in the water in pan. Let it boil for 5 minutes.

Step 4. Add 2 spoon of black tea in the pan. And heat it. I used normal black tea.

Step 5. After heating for 2 minutes close the gas lid. Take it out in two mugs after using sieve. Add one spoon of honey in one mug of tea.

Step 6. Add half lemon in each of the two mugs.

Step 7. Put the two mugs in fridge to cool. For those in southern hemisphere where cold is mounting you can have this tea hot.

Step 8. After an hour, take the black tea out.

Step 9. Fill the serving glasses with 5-7 ice cubes each.

Step 10. And fill glass with tea taken out from fridge.

It’s time to serve and this ginger mint honey flavored iced drink is delicious. Enjoy it.
