Today I am sharing my dinner recipe of sprouted Black Chickpeas with capsicum and onion. It is delicious, may be if ingredients suits you well, you can try it, here is the quick recipe.
I cook sprouted Black Chickpeas as I find it taste better this way, somehow I can’t eat raw sprouted Black Chickpeas.
Ingredients: One bowl of sprouted Black Chickpeas, one capsicum, one onion, black pepper, salt, cooking oil.
Step 1. Take one bowl of sprouted Black Chickpeas peas, wash it well everyday till sprouts come out.

Step 2. Take one capsicum and one onion, cut them finely.

Step 3. Take a frying pan and add four spoon full of cooking oil in it.

Step 4. Add black pepper to taste in oil

Step 5. Add finely cut onion in frying pan and keep moving the spatula till onion start to change its color.

Step 6. Now onions are ready

Step 7. Add Black Chickpeas into frying pan after washing it. Add salt to taste.

Step 8. Now add thinly cut green capsicum into frying pan.

Step 9. Don’t cook capsicum just mix and take out in serving plate.
