Hope you are doing good. Today I am here to share with you a delicious spinach egg curry.
Here is the recipe for one, for a recipe for two or more increase the ingredients in proportional ratios.
Ingredients: Handful of cut spinach, 2 eggs, 1 serving spoon cooking oil, black pepper, salt. That’s it!
Step 1. Take a handful of freshly cut spinach, add half bowl of water and heat it a utensil for 10 minutes. Make sure spinach does not dry out.
Step 2. Boil 2 eggs in the meantime. Cut into two parts each.
Step 3. Take out the boiled spinach remove excess water if any, and put the boiled spinach in a mixture grinder, add some salt and black pepper in it as well.
Step 4. Grind it in mixture grinder for 1 minute.
Step 5. Heat one serving spoon of cooking oil in a frying pan.
Step 6. Heat the oil, when heated add spices as per like, I added black pepper and salt, you may add some ginger garlic paste as well, for added flavor.
Step 7. Now empty the grinder spinach in mixture grinder to the pan.
Step 8. Add boiled eggs in the pan now, add some water if the spinach mixture is getting dry. Mix well, don’t let pan get dry. Heat for 2 minutes with added water.
Step 9. It’s ready to be served.
