Here is a delicious recipe you must must make. And you would love it just like I love this one.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, vegetables such as – 1 capsicum, 1 onion, 1 tomato with me, you can use other vegetables as well, some butter/cooking oil or clarified butter, Mayonnaise of your choice, black pepper and salt.
That is it. You may add more things such as olives, bell pepper…
This is recipe for one, in case you want to make for 2 double ingredients in proportions, make a bigger omelette with 4 eggs perhaps, why not, I cooked for one, just that you would then require a bigger pan.
Let’s start with this Spring Recipe for one.
Step 1. Wash the veggies you selected. I used one capsicum, one onion and one tomato.

Step 2. Chop the vegetables into very small slices.

Step 3. Take 2 eggs and beat them in a small bowl, add some salt in the bowl and mix well for best taste.


Step 4. Put clarified butter on the pan or you may choose the oil/butter you like to make your omelette with on a pan.

Step 5. Spread the beaten eggs on the pan now.

Step 6. Flip the side of omelette on pan, to cook from other side. Note I like fully cooked omelette you may go to step 7 in case you like semi cooked omelette.

Step 7. Take omelette on a large plate and put the vegetables you chopped in middle of the omelette.

Step 8. Put on these vegetables Mayonnaise, black pepper and salt, as per taste.

Step 9. Wrap the omelette from one side to other into a wrapped dish.
