Here is a nice, quick meal.
Easy to make, quick on time and delicious in taste, that’s cheesy rice in The Pizza Style!
Here is the recipe for one.
Ingredients: 1 small bowl of rice, cooking oil 2 spoon, toppings, vegetables or non vegetables, can be chicken, meat as you like, and salt, oregano, cheese, red chilli.
That is it! Here are the steps.
Step 1. Take one small bowl full with rice.

Step 2. Take vegetables of your choice, I chose capsicum, onion and tomatoes, you may take non-veg as well, such as fish, chicken, meat as per your choice.

Cut the vegetables or non-veg chosen in small parts. I used just capsicum, tomato and onion for now.

Step 3. Wash rice well.

Step 4. Take a pressure cooker and heat 2 spoon full of vegetable oil of your choice.

Step 5. Heat the oil well, close the gas lid and then add the washed rice in cooker. Then add as much water as was the rice. That means you have to add the same bowl filled with water in the pressure cooker. Mix it well add salt, one-fourth of the tea spoon, or as per taste. Then add red chilli two pinch, or as per taste.

Step 6. Close the lid of pressure cooker and wait for 1 whistle, may be in one minute or two on full gas mode. Let the gas come out of cooker, wait till then. Then open the cooker. Here is the rice.

Step 7. Take cheese in bowl, I used Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese grated blend. Other cheese can be tried based on availability.

Step 8. Put the rice on microwave safe plate. Spread the choosen cheese on the rice.

Step 9. Spread chopped toppings (veg for now, non veg if you have) on the rice with cheese, add salt, red chilli on the toppings.

Step 10. Heat it in microwave till cheese melts. Sprinkle salted oregano and red chilli on top of it.

Serve Hot!
