Vegetable Toast

Ingredients: Vegetables- carrot, cabbage and tomato, bread, oil, black pepper, salt

Easy, nutritious, healthy and fast

The steps are as follows.

Step 1. Take vegetables- carrot, cabbage and tomato, wash it.

Step 2. Cut the vegetables in small parts.

Step 3. Take vegetable oil in pan.

Step 4. Add black pepper in oil and then immediately add vegetable to it.

Step 5. Heat it for 5-7 minutes on high flame. Keep moving the mixture.

Step 6. Now, it’s ready, take it out in a bowl.

Step 7. Spread the mixture on bread and put it in toaster, heat with timer for 1 minute or so.

Step 8. It’s ready to be served.
