Radish-CottageCheese Toast

Here is recipe for one toast double it up for more toasts.

Ingredients: 1 serving spoon oil, cottage cheese, radish one bowl, bread,

Here are steps.

Step 1. Take half white radish, and 100 gram of cottage cheese. Grate radish and squeeze out water from it. Cut cottage cheese in very small cubicals. Add some red chilli in grated dried radish, make sure you squeeze water out well, else it may stick on toaster.

Step 2. Heat one serving spoon of oil.

Step 3. Add black pepper and cottage cheese in heated pan, mix for a while., around 1 minute on low temperature.

Step 4. Add radish now to pan, mix well, and keep rotating, another 1 minute.

Step 5. Now radish is cooked, more dry and heated as well. Close heating of pan.

Step 6. Take a bread and put it on top of bread, stuff it well for better taste. Cover this stuffed bread with another bread on top and put it in toaster. On the top of it sprinkle salt, we have not put salt before as radish leaves water with salt, this is best time to put salt.

Step 7. In less than a minute it starts to heat well, cut it diagonally or as you like. It’s Ready to serve Now.
