Veg Fried Rice in 10 minutes

Hi everyone,

Here is my recipe of veg fried rice.

Ingredients: Already boiled rice , 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 onion, 1 tomato, garlic and ginger, black pepper and salt

Recipe

Step 1. Take vegetables, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 onion, 1 tomato, garlic and ginger, wash them.

Step 2. Cut ginger and garlic in small pieces, grate carrot with grating tray, cut capsicum in small or grate it as much as you can, cut onion in small parts and tomatoes in normal cuts.

Step 3. Take 4 spoon of oil and heat it in a pan.

Step 4. Once heated add ginger garlic and onions in it, mix for a while till onion starts to mildly change color. Add some black pepper now, I added one fourth of a spoon.

Then add tomatoes as well.

Step 5. Now add all other grated and cut vegetables.

Step 6. Mix these vegetables for 1-2 minutes, till the oil is separated from vegetables.

Step 7. Add two servings of already boiled rice to this pan.

Step 8. Mix rice with vegetables with a light hand.

Step 9. Do it for one minute, rice would be heated and would had absorbed the flavours. Do it for a while more, taste it, for salt, and black pepper, to suit your taste. it’s ready to serve.

Have it hot preferably with cold curd.
