Lunch ready in 5 Minutes. Fried rice from Leftover Vegetables Rice.

I am sharing with you my lunch today made just in 5 minutes. I had it with yoghurt. It was delicious, tempting and fulfilling.

Yesterday I shared with you recipe of vegetables rice. They were left, a lot of them. So I cooked them today, fried them in spices to give them a new taste, new flavour, however they looked the same.

Note: The leftover rice must be kept in fridge overnight. If it smells don’t use it. If you forgot to put it in fridge don’t use it. Cook new rice. Don’t use two days or more days old leftover rice.

Here is the quick recipe to make delicious fried rice from leftover rice.

Step 1.Take spices, 2 bay leaves, 3 big black cardamom- crush them with roller and open them and finally one tablespoon of cumin seeds.

Step 2. Take one serving spoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Heat it.

Step 3. Once oil is heated add spices explained above in frying pan.

Step 4. Now add immediately yesterday’s leftover vegetable rice in frying pan, mix well, heat well.

It’s ready. Note salt, red chilli and black pepper we added yesterday so we are not adding this today.

Enjoy the new taste.
