I made veg cutlets today, the only veggies I had for it was carrots and cauliflower. So I made it with this.
Here it goes.

Step 1. Take one cauliflower and grate half of it. Grate half fresh carrot.

Step 2. Take 2 breads.

Step 3. Put water in bowl and dip breads in it. Soak out all water from it.

Step 4. Now squeeze breads well so that there is no excess water in bread, add grated cucumber, cut coriander leaves, grated carrots and 3 tablespoons of corn flour in it.

Step 5. Knead well.

Step 6. Make five balls from the dough.

Step 7. Heat cooking oil you use.

Step 8. Once heated deep fry the cutlets balls.

Step 9. Add two more cutlets in frying pan. Heat on slow flame, so that it cooks from inside.

Step 10. After 3 minutes it’s done, you can cut one cutlet in half to see if it’s ready from inside.
