Spicy Sole Fish fried

Greetings everyone,

How are you doing?

Diwali has gone, now I can cook non vegetarian food. Here is the first in list, sole fish fry.

I am sharing with you my recipe, hope you like it.

It came out as spicy yummy fish. Have a try.

Ingredients: Chilled sole fish, spices, black pepper, common salt, bay leaf, big cardamom, cloves, ginger, garlic, mustard or other cooking oil.

Step 1. Take 250 grams of chilled sole fish. Wash it well in clean water. See if you used frozen fish then heat fish for 2 minutes in microwave before this recipe.

Step 2. Take one inch of ginger. Wash it.

Step 3. Take around 14 cloves of garlic.

Step 4. Take medium sized onion and cut it roughly in 4 parts.

Step 5. Add ginger, garlic, onion taken above in a mixture grinder. And mince it.

Step 6. Add the ginger garlic onion paste in a bowl. Add washed fish in it and add black pepper and salt to taste. I added 1 tablespoon of black pepper and one teaspoon of common salt. Add one tablespoon of preheated mustard oil. Don’t use raw mustard oil it adds distinct smell. You can use other oil if you can’t preheat mustard oil.

Step 7. Mix well keep it for marinating. Leave it for 10 minutes.

Step 8. Take 4 big cardamom, some cloves and one bay leaf.

Step 9. Heat 3 serving spoon of cooking oil.

Step 10. When oil is heated add big cardamom, clove and bay leaf in oil, immediately add fish to pan.

Step 11. Add more fish in frying pan now. Flip sides. Heat for 5 minutes. Check the thick pieces with fork to see if it’s cooked. Cooked fish slices easily and can be cut with a fork easily. See if you used frozen fish then heat fish for 2 minutes in microwave before this recipe.

Fish is ready.

Serve it with lemon.

I wish you have a great day.

Happy Sole fish lunch or dinner.

Warm regards,

….
