Chicken Wings Ginger Garlic Marinated

Greetings everyone,

How are you doing?

Seem like winters have arrived. I saw many people in coats on tv.

Today I am sharing you delicious recipe of chicken wings made in otg.

I made this yesterday but uploading it today.

Do try it and let me know if you liked it.

Step 1. Take half kg chicken wings, approximately 6 full unbroken wings. Wash it well in clean water.

Step 2. Take around 15 cloves of garlic, one inch ginger, one medium sized onion, cut it in four parts, some black pepper. My black pepper powder finished so I took raw black pepper seeds. Muddle garlic and ginger in a pestle.

Step 3. Add these to mixture grinder.

Step 4. Grinde it till it’s paste.

Step 5. Add this paste in chicken wings bowl.

Step 6. Mix well with hands. Keep it for 10 minutes.

Step 7. Arrange it on a OTG grill now.

Step 8. Heat it at 175 degrees for 40 minutes, then heat for 15 minutes at 200 degrees and heat for 5 minutes at 250 degrees. It’s ready now. Note your temperature settings may vary depending on Brad if OTG or oven you have. I have a small one and it take time to heat it up.

Time to serve.

Hope you enjoyed reading the recipe.

It was a delight to have it.

Do try it.

My OTG is bit different from oven, so I had to increase the temperature.

I wish you have a nice day.

Stay well,

Warm regards,
