How are you doing? Bored of eating same things? Bored of eating red beans in salads? Try bread toast then!
Red beans have high nutritional values, how to eat it apart from stew, salad, one possible way to consume red beans is toast, which is delicious and tasty. Here is a recipe for same,

Ingredients: One bowl of boiled red beans, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, black pepper, salt, red chilli., bread, Maggie Tomato Sauce.
Step 1. Take one bowl of red beans which are well boiled and washed. You can soak red beans overnight and boil it in morning.

Step 2. Take a frying pan add one tablespoon of cooking oil in it and heat it.

Step 3. Add black pepper in heated pan.

Step 4. Add half of the red beans in the frying pan, add salt and red chilli to taste, mix well.

Step 5. Mash the red beans with spatula in the same frying pan, mix well.

Step 6. Take two breads, spread mashed red beans which mixture on one bread.

Step 7. Heat a toaster, apply butter on toaster and keep one bread over the bread with stuffings, put it in toaster.

Step 8. Toast it,

Step 9. It’s ready,

Have it hot with tomato ketchup.
