White Chickpeas (Garbanzo) Stuffed Breads

Today I present a recipe to make stuffed breads where stuffings is protein rich garbanzo (white chickpeas).

Perfect meal full of proteins and delicious.

It’s simple to make, nothing to worry it’s quick as well. And is mouthwatering.

Here is the recipe.

Step 1. Take half bowl of boiled chicken peas (Garbanzo). You can dip Garbanzo in water overnight and then give 5 whistles to it in a pressure cooker in the morning, let the pressure of cooker reduce on its own.

Step 2. Add red chilli, black pepper and salt to taste.

Step 3. Use a pestle and mince the chickpeas.

Step 4. Mines it well.

Step 5. Take half of handful of wheat un-refined flour, dough, use dry flour to spread it on slab.

Step 6. Roll it on slab with a roller . There are some green leaves here, as my dough was in fridge and I made green leaf bread then.

Step 7. Add the mixed Garbanzo/white chickpeas on this spreader dough.

Step 8. Cover the chickpeas / garbanzo from all sides by stretching the dough.

Step 9. Put it on pan.

Step 10. Flip the side

Step 11. Add oil on top of the bread and flip side again.

Step 12. Bread is ready

Time to serve hot with sauce for best taste.
