Fruit Onion Potato with Chilly Salty Curdy Delicious Desire

Greetings of the day everyone,

How are you doing?

I present here my Sunday special recipe which is so refreshing that one can’t ignore it, try it once folks.

This is my novel special dish for this special Sunday!

Here is the quick recipe for this fruit curd chili magic, simply refreshing.

Ingredients: two mangos, two apples, one potato, one onion, one Limetta or orange or mandarin whatever of these citrus fruit is available.

That is it.

Step 1. Wash the fruits and peel them.

Step 2. Boil the potato while you cut the fruit and onion. Put the peeled onion in water for 5-10 minutes while fruits are being cut. Cut the fruit and onions in very small thin parts for best taste to this dish.

Step 3. Now peel the boiled potatoe and cut it in small parts and cut the onion dipped in water now. Cut the orange/Limetta/mandarin in small parts.

Step 4. Put all these ingredients in the bowl add salt to taste and some red chili, I added three pinch of salt and three pinch of red chili powder in this mixing bowl.

Step 5. Take half a bowl of fresh curd now.

Step 6. Add this curd to the mixing bowl now.

Step 7. Mix well ingredients and then taste it, do you think it tastes well, or you think some more red chili or some more salt would look good in it? For me this salt and this chili was perfect. Find your salt and your chili taste for this dish. Extra chili and extra salt may nit taste so heavenly.

Time to serve.

It’s delicious and so refreshing.

Do make, taste and enjoy this meal.

Warm Regards,

Yours sincerely,
