Hey Everyone,

Hope you are doing well.

Today I am here to share my recipe on chickpeas split lentils and green peas stew with potatoes.

It came out to be delicious, I tried this fusion for first time and it was not heard much before as well. So try it. Just that it would take time to cook.

Here is recipe for one.

Ingredients: One bowl of green peas, one bowl of chickpeas split lentils, one onion, 2 tomatoes, one potato, black pepper, salt, red chili, cooking oil.

Step 1. Wash tomatoes, potato, chickpeas split lentils, and green peas. Put to boil the chickpeas split lentils in a cooker, it would take two whistles on slow heat to cook it. Make sure to add double the water as are the chickpeas split lentils.

Step 2. Peel the tomatoes and cut them in four parts, cut onion in small parts, chop tomatoes in the shape you like, take some garlic as well and chop it.

Step 3. Heat 2 serving spoon of cooking oil in a frying pan.

Step 4. Add onion in the frying pan. Add black pepper one spoon and salt half spoon. Mix well till it changes color.

Step 5. Add green peas and potatoes now in frying pan. Add double amount of water to the pan. Let it cook.

Step 6. Now grind the potatoes in mixture grinder.

Step 7. Heat one serving spoon of oil in another frying pan.

Step 8. Add grinded tomatoes to this second frying pan.

Step 9. Mix well let tomatoes cook and then close the heat.

Step 10. Add some more water in first frying pan with green peas and add the cooked tomatoes into this pan.

Step 11. Mix well let it cook till potatoes become soft, add some more water, make sure it’s not dry.

Step 12. By now the split chickpeas lentils had 2 cooker whistles on slow heat and the gas vapors are out. Open it. It’s boiled now.

Step 13. Add the cooked split chickpeas lentils into the frying pan now.

Step 14. Mix well and let it cook, add some more water if potatoes are not soft yet.

Step 15. It’s ready now, taste it. Add red chili, add more pepper and salt if needed. I made it little dry, you can choose it to be soupy as well.
