Pizza with cottage cheese based base with Ginger-Garlic Flavour

Hi Everyone,

Here is today’s special Pizza whose base is made with cottage cheese. And flavoured with ginger-garlic marination of cottage cheese.

Ingredients: 200 grams cottage cheese to serve 2, vegetables I took capsicum, onion, cucumber and tomato, pizza seasoning, salted oregano, red chilli flakes, red sauce, cheese.

Here we go to steps. Kindly check if you have some allergies to this combination of these milk products.

Step 1. Take 200 grams of cottage cheese and wash it.

Step 2. Cut it in two parts horizontally.

Step 3. Take some ginger and 5-6 strands of garlic per slice of cottage cheese.

Step 4. Make a ginger garlic paste.

Step 5. Add salt, red chilli in ginger garlic paste and apply it on cottage cheese. Leave it for sometime to marinate in cottage cheese. I kept it for marination for an hour.

Step 6. Heat 2 spoon of cooking oil on a pan.

Step 7. Heat the cottage cheese on pan.

Step 8. Once cottage cheese starts to turn golden, take it out on a plate.

Step 9. Our cottage cheese based pizza base is ready. Apply red sauce on it.

Step 10. Time to apply cheese of your choice, I had cheese slice I used it below vegies.

Step 11. Add thinly chopped vegetables on the base now. I used onion, capsicum, tomatoes and cucumber. Wish I had olives and bell pepper too.

Step 12. Add some more cheese on top now, and heat it in microwave or oven as you like. Once done add red chilli flakes on it.

Step 13. Add pizza seasoning, salted oregano now.

Step 14. It’s ready!
