
Here is a quick recipe for evening snacks. It’s stuffed salad in a toast.
Ingredients: Onion, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, black pepper, salt and Mayonnaise.
Step 1. Cut the vegetables finely for best taste. You can take vegetables of your choice, here I am taking, 1 Onion, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 capsicum.

Step 2. Put veggies in a pan and add Mayonnaise in it.

Step 3. Add black pepper and salt and mix well all ingredients.

Step 4. Take breads and toast them in a toaster to make them crispy

Step 5. Put salad on a slice of bread, little more than can be adjusted in toast.

Step 6. Cover the stuffing.

It’s ready to eat and serve. Fresh and yummy with crispy bread.
