Here is a refreshing treat made with fresh ripe radish and rice. A complete meal in itself. This is a normal recipe with just little more efforts to make it delicious.

Ingredients: 1 radish, 1 cup rice, black pepper, red chilli, salt, cooking oil.
Here are quick steps, all in 15 minutes.
Step 1. Take one radish, wash it well.
Step 2. Peel it well and then grate it.
Step 3. In the meantime boil 1 cup of rice. I used 1 cup of washed rice and 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker with 2 whistles. You can choose any technique to boil rice.
Step 4. Take a frying pan and add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil in it and heat it.
Step 5. Add black pepper, 1 teaspoon, salt half teaspoon and one fourth teaspoon of red chilli, then add grated radish in pan, mix well.
Step 6. After one minute of mixing, add boiled rice to pan, and start mixing it well with ingredients of pan, I.e. radish.
Step 7. Its ready, hot and delicious to be served.
