Garbanzos (Chickpeas) Hot Salad

Here is unique recipe of Garbanzos(chickpeas) served and had hot. Recipe for two is given here. Have it hot, if possible.

Ingredients: 2 cup chickpeas, 1 handful of green peas, 1 potatoes, one green capsicum, stands of oranges, 1 onion, black pepper and salt.

Here is beautiful recipe for this hot salad.

Step 1. Take 2 cup of chickpeas, soak them in water for 8-9 hours. And boil them for around half an hour after that. See if they are boiled well then.

Step 2. Take one handful of green peas and 1 peeled potato, and boil them in for 3-4 minutes in a pressure cooker. This can be done after chick peas are ready to be consumed.

Step 3. Take one onion and dip it in water till, we start other things,

Step 4. Take a frying pan and heat 3 serving spoon of oil. Once heated add black pepper into the oil.

Step 5. Cut a capsicum into small parts and put it in the frying pan now.

Step 6. Mix well and add green peas and boiled potatoes.

Step 7. Mix it well for 1 minute and add Garbanzos (chickpeas) to it.

Step 8. Add freshly cut onion in it. Key point is onion was not to be fried in oil. It taste well with Garbanzos like this.

Step 9. Cut flakes of oranges and mix it well.

Step 10. Mix it well, have it hot.

Serve it hot
