Cottage Cheese with White Sauce

Here is cottage cheese with white sauce juicy kinda dish. Enjoy it hot or with rice/breads.

Ingredients Needed: 120 grams Cottage Cheese, 1 spoon butter, 2 spoon refined flour, black pepper and salt for taste, 1.5 glass milk.

Here are the steps, recipe for two people,

Step 1. Take around 120 grams of cottage cheese

Step 2. Heat one spoon of butter in frying pan

Step 3. Add 2 spoon of refined flour in the pan now, keep mixing.

Step 4. After mixing for a while, throughly heat till, flour is warmed but and slightly changed its colour. Add milk, keep moving spatula.

Step 5. Make this mixture smooth, it may require adding some more milk. Look how smooth it is now.

Step 6. Add cut cottage cheese in this pan now, mix well, let it heat on low temperature p.

Step 7. Now add black pepper and salt and mix well in pan

Dish is ready to serve
