White Sauce with Potatoe Fry

Hi everyone, This is potatoes with white sauce. It’s simple to make, delicious and makes meal different to have with a difference in touch.

Ingredients: 2 potatoes, salt, chilli, 1 spoon oil to fry potatoes, 1.5 cup milk, 1 spoon of refined flour, 1.5 spoon of butter.

Step 1. Peel two potatoes.

Step 2. Heat 1 spoon of oil in a frying pan.

Step 3. Cut potatoes into small parts and put it in frying pan

Step 4. Keep moving and fry for a while, till potatoes are soft to be eaten well.

Step 5. Take these potatoes out and add butter in the pan.

Step 6. Add 1 spoon of refined flour in this pan then.

Step 7. Mix well, process the flour, keep moving the frying spatula.

Step 8. Add milk slowly, keep moving the mixing spatula, and keep adding 1 to 1.5 cup of milk, till homogeneous mixture is formed out of it. Keep it thick, as up heat it would thicken.

Step 9. Once mixture is nice, and smooth, add remaining milk and keep moving. Then add the processed fried potatoes in this mixture.

Step 10. And salt and red chilli only. Other seasoning as per choice, I added some black pepper.

Step 11. It’s ready to serve
