Yummy Cream Egg Dish

Occasionally we can eat cream, once in a while, as long as we can take it out by workout! Used cream after long time!

All it needs is : 3 eggs, Milk Cream, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes

Time: To boil 3 eggs on slow flame is 15 minutes and to make this dish after eggs are boiled is 7 minutes only

Step 1. Boil three eggs for 15 minutes on slow flame, or as per taste, some of you may like half boiled, some full boiled eggs. Peel the egg cover out.

Step 2. Take a bowl, put Fresh Milk Cream in. (I used toned mild cream)

Step 3. Cut the boiled eggs in two pieces and put 3 half pieces in the bowl with milk cream.

Step 4. Put salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes on it a pinch of it on top of it.

Step 5. Cover this layer of 3 half egg pieces by fresh milk cream fully, as shown below.

Step 6. Put next set of three half egg pieces on top of this second layer of cream. As shown below.

Step 7. Put salt, black pepper and red chili flakes on this layer of eggs as well.

Step 8. Put some cream on top of this last layer of eggs, as shown below.

The dish is ready to eat can be taken with a bread, coffee or as it is, it gives a mix taste of cold cream and hot eggs in one mixture. It can be taken with boiled eggs cooled too or refrigerated, to give even better taste.
