Today I am sharing how to make potato stuffing flatbread.
It’s simple to make, tempting to eat and delicious to have.
Here is a quick recipe for one potato stuffing flatbread.

Step 1. Take one potato. Wash it.

Step 2. Boil potato by cutting it in two parts. Once boiled peel off the potato cover. I gave 3 whistles in pressure cooker, and let it be in cooker till pressure of cooker subsided.

Step 3. Take half cup of wheat flour. (Plain Alta)

Step 4. Add water slowly and knead it.

Step 5. Smash the boiled potato and add black salt and Spanish paprika in it, 1 tsp each or as per taste.

Step 6. Mix spices well with potato.

Step 7. Take handful of dough. Roll it in hand and flatten it. Apply dry dough on it then.

Step 8. Roll it on rolling slab.

Step 9.Place the potato mixture in center of the flattened rolled dough.

Step 10. Fold the corners and cover the potato mixture. Sprinkle dry wheat flour on top of it.

Step 11. Roll it carefully with a roller. Roll it evenly, spread on all sides.

Step 12. Put the rolled flatbread on pre-heated pan.

Step 13. Flip sides carefully with kitchen tongs.

Step 14. Apple cooking oil on the heated side and flip sides. Let both sides be golden and cooked as shown below.

Step 15. Flip side again after applying oil on both sides. Take it out on a plate and put on salted butter on it.

Step 16. Cut it in four parts.
It’s ready to serve.
