Here is my recipe that I made today.

Recipe for one.

Step 1. Take out the frozen fish, wash it, break it with knife in 4 parts. This is basa fish.

Step 2. Take a pan and heat fish till it becomes soft, don’t overheat, still from inside it would be frozen, but good enough to marinate as in following steps.

Step 3. Take 4 cloves of garlic, some ginger, green flavour leaves such as coriander or fresh parsley.

Step 4. Use a pestle to mines garlic after peeling off the cover, ginger and fresh leaves after cutting the branches.

Step 5. Take a dry pan, put fish there, add minsed mixture made above, add black pepper, Spanish paprika, Italian seasoning, salt in the dry pan.

Step 6. Mix well the spices over fish. Keep it to marinate for half hour. Cover it.

Step 7. Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil in a flat frying pan.

Step 8. Once heated add fish in the pan slowly. Do it for 1 minute.

Step 9. Heat some more oil, half cup, in another frying pan. Add curry leaves in this oil once heated.

Step 10. Now add the fish from flat pan to deep fry for less than 1 minute.

Fish is cooked and ready to serve.
