Greetings everyone,

How are you doing?

Delhi got bit cold in Jan. I got laze to cook anything new in these days, just coffee, tea, corn and bread. Now it’s warm, here. I am trying something new. And the new is brown lentils mix, a healthy mix flavoured with tastes of senses of kinds.

Do try it, it’s delicious. Have it with cup tea, should share my recipe of tea sooner.

Step 1. Take 3 cloves of garlic, some ginger just for flavour say, 2 millimeter, tomato, one fourth apple, one small onion, 1 small lemon, black pepper, salt, Spanish paprika.

Step 2. Chop ginger as much as shown below, 3 cloves of garlic, one onion, one fourth apple, chopped tomato and onion.

Step 3. Grow sprouts two days before. Take half bowl of brown lentils and soak it in clear water overnight, in day take water off and keep it outside. Let it sprout. Second day evening you would be ready with roots. Wash it with clean water.

Step 4. Add some butter in frying pan.

Step 5. Add curry leaves once butter melts.

Step 6. Add black pepper when butter melts and curry leaves are immersed in melted butter. Let black pepper simmer.

Step 7. Add cut ginger and garlic in frying pan and mix well.

Step 8. Now add onions and mix well till color changes.

Step 9. Now add chopped tomatoes in frying pan. Mix well till tomatoes are soft.

Step 10. Now add washed sprouts in frying pan now.

Step 11. Dry the water from above frying pan and add chopped apples in it then.

Step 12. Mix it well and add fresh lemon juice in it. Close the gas lid, let apples be cold.
