So, how’s Christmas celebration plans going?
New year is just 10 days away. So I share you a delicious recipe of fish cutlets to warm you up.
Do try. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients: Frozen fish, black pepper, bread crumbs, salt, oil to deep fry.
Step 1. Take frozen fish out of freezer. I took Basa fish, half Kg with ice. Wash it once.

Step 2. Cut the frozen fish in 4 parts dip in water completely. And heat it in a frying pan dipped in water till it’s completely boiled. To see put knife in fish it should be completely soft. It can take 10 minutes depending on fish, fresh or frozen.

Step 3. Till the fish cooks, take corners of 5 bread and cut them.

Step 4. Grind the corners of fish in mixture grinder for half minute we get fresh breadcrumbs. Here,

Step 5. Now fish is completely boiled. Take a seive and pour water out. Wash it once.

Step 6. Take the fish out in the platter.

Step 7. Mash the fish fully. Fish is boiled completely it would break on very little pressure.

Step 8,. Now add breadcrumbs to the mashed fish. Add one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon black pepper into it. Knead so that every constituent consistency is uniform.

Step 9. Knead it well. Make cutlets out of it of your choice design.

Step 10. Take oil in another frying pan. Heat vegetable oil well.

Step 11. Now add cutlets in heated oil.

Step 12. Add another cutlet in frying pan now. Heat well deep fry and flip the sides.

Fish cutlets are ready to serve hot.
