Chicken Wings Curry-with ready spices

Greetings everyone,

How are you doing?

Wishes for Thanksgiving.

Today I share with you my recipe of chicken wings curry with ready to use spices.

It came out very well. Look at the temptation filled dish.

Recipe for 2!

Step 1. Take 6 chicken wings, wash them, smear it in salted water for 10 minutes.

Step 2. Put it in pressure cooker and give 5 whistles, let heat come out on its own.

Step 3. Take 2 serving spoon of vegetable oil of your choice. I used mustard oil which needs full pre heating.

Step 4. The spices I used are, Spanish paprika, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, ready to use chicken spices for Indian flavor, it comes under name, chicken masala in Indian. The leaves are curry leaves.

The measurement as shown below, 1 tablespoon Indian chicken spices, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 6 curry leaves. Add extra salt at end for right measurement as per taste.

Step 5. See if your vegetable oil is heated.

Step 6. Once oil heats, add cumin seeds in it. I close gas when doing this simmering.

Step 7. Now add curry leaves.

Step 8. Add 3 serving spoon of tomato onion sauce. [Take 6 onions and 2 tomatoes fry them after cutting. Let them cool and then grinde and make a paste out of it in a mixture grinder]

Switch on gas stove now.

Step 9. Fry it, keep spatula moving.

Step 10. Do it till all water comes out of paste.

Step 11. By now my chicken is boiled. I added the chicken to frying pan now.

Step 12. Now add chicken broth which was left with boiling chicken.

Step 13. Mix well, heat for a while till bubbles come.

Step 14. Keep chicken in pan till it’s served.

Time to have the wonderful dish. Have it hot.
