Today I share with you my craving for today.

It was stuffed bread.

Step 1. Take a bunch of coriander leaves, one spring onion, one green chilli, 50 grams cottage cheese. Wash them all.

Step 2. Cut them all finely.

Step 3. Mash and mix them as if it’s dough you are kneading.

Step 4. Add paprika, salt and Italian seasoning to taste.

Step 5. Mix well.

Step 6. Heat two bread on a pan to make them crunchy.

Step 7. Put this mixture on bread.

Step 8. Cover this bread with another bread.

Step 9. Heat a block of 1 inch butter on pan.

Step 10. Put stuffed bread on pan now.

Step 11. Flip the side. Heat it. Don’t press it.

It’s ready, have it hot.
