Chicken Curry, the Indian Style

Greetings everyone,

Hope you are doing well?

Today I am sharing with you recipe of chicken curry the way it is made in India.

It’s quick simple, all you need to buy is Indian spices called Chicken Masala, explained below.

Here is recipe for one. Increase the ratio of spices in this way only.

Step 1. Take chicken and wash it well.

Step 2. Heat the chicken in pressure cooker, give 5 whistles, Let the pressure of cooker be released on its own. When pressure of cooker is released. Open the cooker. I took chicken legs and it was ready in this time.

Step 3. Take onion tomatoes purée. I can explain how to make it in another blog. Or for short. Take for every tomato take 2 onion. Fry them in vegetable oil, all after cutting. Let it cool to room temperature. Mix it in mixture grinder to make a paste out of it. Store it in fridge.

Step 4. Heat two serving spoon of cooking oil in a frying pan.

Step 5. Add one tea spoon of cumin seeds in frying pan.

Step 6. Add tomato-onion purée in frying pan.

Step 7. Mix well.

Step 8. Mix till oil leaves the purée.

Step 9. Now add 2 spoon of Chicken Spice in frying pan. I used ready to use chicken spice which is common in Indian cooking.

Step 10. Mix well. Now add boiled chicken in frying pan.

Step 11. Now add some chicken broth in frying pan. The same chicken broth in which you boiled chicken.

Step 12. Heat well, mix well.

Time to serve.

It’s tasty and easy to make.
