Ginger-Garlic Chicken Curry

Greetings,

Hope you are doing well?

Here is a break from traditional tomato based chicken curry.

It’s simple to make and delicious to taste.

Steps here.

Step 1. Wash chicken well, half kg.

Step 2. Cut 4 garlic strands and one inch of ginger.

Step 3. Use a pestle to mince the ginger garlic well. Add half spoon of black pepper powder with pestle as well.

Step 4. Cut one onion.

Step 5. Mince the onion in a mixture grinder. Mince onion well.

Step 6. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying pan.

Step 7. Add the beated ginger garlic paste in frying pan and heat well. Keep mixing.

Step 8. Now add minced onion in frying pan. Add salt to taste, add some more black pepper.

Step 9. Mix well, let it heat, keep mixing till onion is well cooked, that is golden in color. Close the gas lid.

Step 10. Boil the chicken, give it 3 whistles in a pressure cooker. Take out when done.

Step 11. Add chicken in frying pan now. Add 2 cup of water too. Heat well till water becomes curry.

Time to serve hot.

Thank you for reading.

Best regards,
