Fresh Green Chickpeas Sandwich

Here is recipe of the week, Fresh Green Chickpeas Sandwich.

Ingredients: 2 breads, half bowl of fresh green Chickpeas, half onion, half cucumber, mayonnaise.

Here are quick steps for you.

Step 1. Take half bowl of green Chickpeas and fry them for half minute on high heat.

Step 2. Take handful of it on a slab.

Step 3. Run a roller and beat the green Chickpeas, do it for all the green Chickpeas taken above.

Step 4. This is collected in a bowl, once all are crushed.

Step 5. Add one teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and add all the crushed green Chickpeas into frying pan, once oil is heated. Heat and keep mixing till it changes colour to mild golden green.

Step 6.Add half onion and half cut cucumber in frying pan, mix well, close the lid of gas stove immediately.

Step 7. Add salt and red chilli as per taste.

Step 8. Mix well and add Mayonnaise into it.

Step 9. Heat one spoon of butter on flat pan.

Step 10. Add two breads and heat them with this butter.

Step 11. Stuff the bread with above mixture.

It’s delicious and ready to have.
