This is my recipe towards nutritious green flat bread.

The recipe is simple,
Ingredients: Half cup of green chickpeas, wheat flour, red chilli, salt, cooking oil.
Step 1. Take half bowl of green chickpeas.

Step 2. Wash the green chickpeas throughly

Step 3. Take the pestle to crush the green chickpeas which are soft and don’t require mixture grinder.

Step 4. Here it is in one minute time of crushing.

Step 5. Take two scoops of the hand mashed green chickpeas, add red chilli and salt to taste and add three scoops of wheat flour in it.

Step 6. Add water slowly and make a dough.

Step 7. Take a small parts of dough to make a flat bread on a slab.

Step 8. Roll the dough part into a flat bread.

Step 9. Put the bread on frying pan which has some oil on it.

Step 10. Apply oil on flat bread and turn the other side, apply oil on other side as well. See it turns to a cooked flat bread now.

Step 11. Once it’s cooked is ready to serve.

Have it with a pickle or butter as per the mood.
