Green chickpeas Snaks

Today I am sharing you my recipe of green chickpeas fresh from farm. Here it is try if you get green chickpeas.

Here are fresh green chickpeas.

And here is its snacks.

So here is the recipe of snacking fresh green chickpeas with potatoes and onion.

Ingredients: 150 gram green chickpeas, 1 onion, 1 potato, black pepper (or optionally red chilli flakes) , salt.

Recipe

Step 1. Take 150 gram of green chickpeas fresh, wash it well, dip them in water for a while and clean it again.

Step 2. Take one potato and cut it in half so that it boils fast. Boil it to one whistle in pressure cooker or any other convenient way.

Step 3. Take a frying pan and add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil it it.

Step 4. Add black pepper to taste. Otherwise you can add red chilli flakes towards the end of cooking. Don’t add red chilli at this stage of cooking.

Step 5. Add one finely cut onion in the frying pan now, mix it well, till it changes color.

Step 6. Add green chickpeas in the frying pan now, heat it for 2-3 minutes given my chickpeas were wet.

Step 7. By now potatoes are boiled cut them in small parts and out it in the frying pan, add salt and pepper/chilli to taste. Close the gas lid.

Dish is ready to snack.
