Here is one of my dish, apple cottage cheese salad.

Ingredients: 100 grams cottage cheese, one capsicum, one tomato, one apple, two onions, cooking oil, salt, black pepper.

Here are the steps.
Step 1. Cut onions in thin long stripes.

Step 2. Cut apple and cottage cheese into long stripes.

Step 3. Cut capsicum and tomato in thin slices.

Step 4. Add two tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and heat it.

Step 5. Add black pepper for simmering and then add onion immediately.

Step 6. Mix well till color of onion changes

Step 7. Add all cut vegetables and cottage cheese and apple to frying pan.

Step 8. Mix well for 50 seconds or so. It’s time to serve. it’s not cooked it’s not cold, still not hot, enjoy, just few seconds or so in frying pan.
